The new management company is raising the rent close to two hundred dollars. And the most heartbreaking situation of all; they are cutting down an estimated total of 400 trees. One of the MAIN reasons my family and I moved into this community was because of the trees and the "North/Prescott feel." I understand that we recently had a bad storm that caused a tree to fall into someone home.
